Had a DRAM error on motherboard that I didn't know how to fix, so I asked them to finish/fix it. Not only is it fixed up and ready, they've even reinstalled my case fans more optimally and redid all my cable management in the same fee. Even had my PC ready earlier than they anticipated. We had a laptop crash at the busiest time of year for us. Less Stress certainly went above & beyond to help us out. The laptop couldn't be saved but they were able to source a new one for a great price, re-installed everything. Nothing was missing & we are back up & running. Had a problem two days before Christmas 2021 where the PC wouldn't start up. These guys fixed it within a couple of hours and we were able to pick it up the same day. Just had another problem where File Manager crashed and the desktop went black after each time I copy/pasted a couple of photos using right mouse clicks. I chatted to them over the phone and they pointed me to Event Viewer which led me to the problem and I was able to fix it within a few minutes. Thank you heaps Less Stress Computer Services. I had a problem other I.T companies said wasn’t fixable however they got straight onto it here and found the problem fixed it with a part I needed. Took 3 days to fix a problem I’d had for over a year now I can actually use my laptop like I want to without plugging it in all the time 👌🏼 Well done guys, thanks.read more

Recently, on a late Saturday afternoon, we had a lightening strike that took out our main PC, printer, laptop & Modems. We called Less Stress on the Monday morning and they were here a short time afterwards. They got us up & running within hours - enough to keep operational while they checked over other equipment back at their shop. We were fully operational within 2 days. Brilliant service and a big help with the insurance claim.read more

This past experience was the second time I have been in to see the guys at Less Stress and I couldn't possibly write a more glowing review if I tried. They not only were able to fix my problem & replace my computer charger, but they also did it free of charge specifically so that I could save some money.Every single person who works in store has been incredibly kind, and easy to deal with at any moment and are always open to talking through the fixes and the timeline for the fixes.They provide a great deal of great products for customers to walk away with free of charge, and I have essentially become a coffee drinker since I received a take home coffee cup in a pack of goodies from the business.If you need a computer repaired or serviced in some way, I can't promise it would be free for you like me, but when I was quoted $840 for my first repairs of the same computer by competitors, these guys fixed it and supplied a brand new computer charger for under $400. This is a genuine review, I am the sales manager at a local Brendale business. My HP Laptop suffered a critical Hard-drive failure and I took it to Less Stress CS, I have to say Alex and the team were great. They did a great job of diagnosing the problem, saved all of my data and got me back up and running in no time. My Laptop is now performing better with a new hard drive, operating system and updates. My computer was very slow to start and running a bit slow. Less Stress in an hour at my home solved the problem, deleted unnecessary files and folders and checked my hard disk. I would most definitely recommend Less Stress in the future. They also are most helpful over the phone.read more

Strati took the time out to inspect a computer on the spot for me that another repairer had said was not fixable. Turned out they had disconnected the internal power cable to try and sell me a new PC. Strati reconnected the cable and i was on my way. He also did not charge me a cent.read more
